The room and bathroom is not furnished so you will have to bring in your own furniture to your liking. The house is for you to use as you need. The house is remodeled with a nice big backyard. There is a shed for storage. I have a dog so it would be cool if I found a roommate with another dog but if not then no big deal. If you’re afraid of dogs then this might not be the house for you.
