the rent is $ on this rooms behalf a month, plus utilities like trash, water, electric etc. Also for this room you will have a shared bathroom with my other roommate (Hannah). We are looking for someone to fill this room BY November the lease ends in July. The bedroom in the photo will not come furnished. We are in our ’s so we would prefer someone around our age! We do have two dogs so you would have to be okay with living with dogs. It’s an $ application fee to be added to the lease. Let us know if you’re interested and I’d love to give more information!
