Wanted: Female Roommates

Young professional, mid twenties, looking to fill 2 bedrooms. I strive for my home to be a happy and peaceful retreat from the chaotic world, and i am looking to keep the feeling of tranquility. I am hoping to find roommates that, are career driven or at least focused in a positive direction. The community is a calm and family friendly neighborhood, there is a community pool and amenities in the area. It is important that i find someone respectful of the communities rules, and mutual respect of space and privacy. The bedrooms are all located upstairs, the common areas: kitchen, living room, dining area, and half bath are all located on the first floor. The common areas are furnished, i ask that everyone cleans up their own dishes and mess. I am all for everyone to be creative whether it be in the kitchen or painting on the lanai.
