I am a 53 year old professional mortgage Banker. I prefer to have roommates who are my age or younger. I am fairly laid back and love to socialize. I'm a great cook and love to cook on my Trager smoker grill. I'm not a big partier and I don't smoke. I'm an outdoor type of guy and love the ocean. I'm an avid scuba diver. I would like a nice place to call home and have roommates to call friends. I just gave notice on a great house in HB so I need something soon. I really prefer to stay in HB and near the water.
