I really would like to stay In Huntington Beach near the water. I need a private room and I'm ok sharing a bath. Would love a place with some storage as I have some toys. If not I can make do. Room needs to be large enough for a queen bed. I need a place with full house access, kitchen, laundry ect. I really want this place to feel like home! Multiple co-ed roommates in the home are fine. I do prefer my roomies close to my age or younger. I don't want to live in an old folks home!:) I'm very friendly and outgoing.
