Room with queen bed, furnished, in upgraded home. Private bathroom across the hall. I am the only resident, though my college-age son has a room and stays over on rare occasion. Laundry upstairs, work out room downstairs. See photos. Quiet location in back of community, near the hills, but short distance to freeway and beach. Utilities included. TV with streaming services included in the room (see photo). High speed internet port as well as wireless internet. I run AC most of the year but the room also has a ceiling fan. Looking for someone who has a job during the day and isn't home all the time. (I work from home and need some degree of quiet.) Plentiful parking on the street nearby (not in attached garage). Separate refrigerator in the garage for your use, space in pantry inside. Housecleaners come every other week. Looking for someone low key and clean. No pets. No overnight guests. One person only. Gated community but no pool. Private basketball and pickleball courts nearby.
