The green room has a full bed that occupies 1 tenant. I’m a middle aged father of a teenage daughter and a 6 yrs old boy. Working, retired, self-employed or students welcome. Walking distance to Ranch Market, Walgreens, Community Parks, Clement Middle School, Shopping complexes, Gas station, etc. Close to Mountain Grove, Harkins cinema, University of Redlands, I freeways. Safe and quiet community with ample street and free driveway parking. Utilities including WiFi, gas, electricity, water, trash, washer, dryer, central A/C, central heating, etc. are an extra $ per month if the tenants are mindful of their usages. We have a treadmill and weights facilities that is counted as a mini gym. Free to use the living room and huge backyard. Limited kitchen use. Access to a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, air fryer, grill, dishwasher, etc. Seeking organized, neat, clean and quiet tenants. The apartment is 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, no need to share your personal space :-) the apartment is upstairs and your only shared wall connects in your restroom to the neighbors behind us. There are two windows in your room with a walk-in closet. I won’t keep tabs on you, I’m not your mom. We won’t have formal meetings or mandatory “family dinners”, I know some people like these things…. I’m a very casual and “to the point” kinda person. I’m also sarcastic with mild energy. My cat will love you, even though he doesn’t like me. Parking is covered and close to our unit. I’ve had some great roommates and sometimes we’ll vent about our wild work days, but I don’t force my roommates to be my friend, if it’s not organic, it’s cool…. As long as we respect eachother :-) I wake up early, and stay up pretty late, no need to be silent when you’re living your life in this apartment. Friday nights are the only nights I request a quieter (but not uncomfortably silent), environment because I wake up at 3AM on Saturdays for work. I don’t typically have visitors during the week because I work + hours a day. I usually make a casual brunch on Sundays since it’s my only day off, other than that…. I don’t use the kitchen much during the week.
