Hello I am located in Vallejo Glen cove area I am looking for one more female housemate. One room is taken now. I have one bedroom and one Bathroom that will be shared between the two rooms (the person you will be sharing a bathroom with is female twenty four) available in my home. All utilities included, Water, Garbage, pg&e, wifi, I am looking for two housemates preferred age range would be . I am a twenty year old Female, I am Hairstylist and also work at a restaurant sometimes, I enjoy a glass of wine after work sometimes, watching shows, and occasionally going out with friends. One-block from One-House Bakery, 2 blocks to Solano Square shops, very close to community park, swimming pool, tennis courts, and right on the delightful West J street pedestrian corridor. Great weather, safety, close to the water...all the amenities of small town America living! House is shared by two other tenants...one smaller bedroom with shared bath, and one larger attic suite also with private bathroom which are also available to rent. Shared living room, diningroom, large kitchen, washer/dryer hallway, 2nd shared bath, sunny front den room, and also great front porch overlooking West J St, big front and side yards for gardening, and rear deck and large barbecue deck with barbecue, giant umbrella, and heat lamp. Plenty of street parking in front of house.
