Room for rent on third floor, room unfurnished, the room won’t be available till the beginning of November. Rent is not including electricity, that’s shared between all roommates and the end of month. Washer and dryer in hallway, living room and kitchen fully accessible. We are missing a door though to the restroom that is shared , it’s covered by a blanket, trying to fix that asap though. About the roommatesCody - super chill , usually with girlfriend or at work , plays video games and likes to go on adventures. Likes to be respectful and boundaries are a must. Has a golden doodle pup, she’s a sweetheart Kyler - chill as well, likes to talk and makes friends. Likes to work out and go out with friends. Doesn’t invite people over nor does Cody. The house is not for partying. All we ask is to be respectful, you can have who ever you want at the house just not a lot of people all at once
