The Dr. Who themed room listing in my profile is furnished with a queen size bed, bed side tables, lamps, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and brita water pitcher. Rent is y dollars a week. Refundable deposit is hundred dollars for this room. Rent includes WiFi, utilities, linens, common household amenities and the commons areas get deep cleaned by either me or a housekeeper weekly.

This room is furnished with a full size bed, mini fridge (not pictured), mirror, end tables, lamps. The deposit / move in fee is hundred dollars. You’d have a room and full bath to yourself. Laundry is in the unit and really new. It’s a bath sq. Really nice backyard! We’d split everything down the middle. I’m super clean (we can discuss our definitions of clean as well) and typically just watch movies in my room ,read or game but these days I work at trimet as a bus operator so I’m gone a lot. Currently Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. Typically have my dog outside unless it’s raining then she’s stays inside until I get home for her daily walk. Working on creating a cozy dog house for her. Pets welcomed , nerds of all genres welcomed , lgbtq+ welcome all races and ethinicities and religious backgrounds. I don’t smoke because of my job but definitely friendly. I can also purchase either a projector or a small, wall mountable screen to add some creature comforts. Please let me know if you are interested in a pre-furnished tiny bedroom, and I will do my best to set the space for you. This room is also available as an add-on to my other listing, which shares a wall with this room and is slightly bigger. If you are in need of an extra office space, or a kids room, we can negotiate the cost of renting both rooms. We live in a very nice neighborhood with a HOA, with a community center, a gym and a pool in the summer. All the common areas would be shared. We are just looking for a nice person to move in. Hey! My husband and I are actually moving out of our place and are hoping to find 2 people who would be okay with rooming together and taking over our lease that ends in February . The townhouse is really awesome and in a really safe and great neighborhood and the only reason we are leaving is because of my husband's job (we're moving out of state). It is a .5 bathroom house built in car garage. Each bedroom is a primary bedroom so they have a full bathroom and walk in closets. It has a really great heater and very tight window seals so it's not drafty.
