No parties as well. I work 2 full time jobs and I am looking for a 3rd. I ask for help keeping the apartment clean as I have been the only one doing so at the moment. Rent is due no later than the 3rd of each month. Utilities are due the middle of each month (I will message them once I have the amount, as the prices change due to the electricity) .I am also looking for at least one person to be on the roommate agreement. If they are on the roommate agreement with the apartment they qualify for a parking space, if not they have to park on the street.

It has a separate thermostat that controls the temperature for that room and the room next door.
