I have a room for rent with me and my 5-year-old son. I need somebody trustworthy to have around my son. I would not be against having another single parent in the house. Although I would have to charge more for somebody else living there with you. We have a nice large backyard. You'll have access to the entire house. The room that you'd be renting is ft. It has a separate thermostat that controls the temperature for that room and the room next door.
