I’m looking for a housemate to occupy a fully furnished room which includes a closet, drawers, a queen size bed (matress included) and an arm chair (can be taken out). If you don’t require any of these things, you are also welcome to furnish the room yourself. I’m in my ’s and am a professional entrepreneur who likes to cook, clean, garden, and spend time with my family who lives next door. My previous housemate of 7 years had to move out to take care of her elderly mom, so I’m looking to find someone similar to her: professional, tidy, empathetic, respectful, polite, considerat, mature and communicative. Since I’m an older woman, I am only considering female housemates. No couples. The price is for one room + a parking space. The bathroom is shared. Utilities usually are about each for two people, but can fluctuate depending on use of the AC/heater. Lease is month to month and 1 months security deposit is required. The living room is spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need (a previous housemate actually went to culinary school and had everything they needed). The house is located on a busy street, but the room is situated on the backside of the house so the noise is very minimal. The house is ideally located by the entrance/exit to the ten, making commuting anywhere in LA relatively easy. There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat (Leo’s Tacos, Menchitas, Tartine, Delicious Pizza), with a target/sprouts less than 5 minutes away by car, as well as a Ralph and, Smart & Final located by the Midtown Shopping Center 5 minutes away. There’s also two Trader Joes minutes away in two different directions. For fitness, there’s Cliffs of Id less than 3 minutes away, as well as a planet fitness 5 minutes away. No overnight guests without approval and no smoking on premises.

This room available for January has wooden floors, a queen size bed, a large closet, a built-in dresser and 2 windows to the outside. It includes Dish Cable, HBO, Prime and Netflix, Wi-Fi, Internet and some garage storage too, if you need it.This is a very secured home in Beverlywood with cameras, there are 3 private security patrols and my 3 large dogs are always attentive. There are 2 refrigerators in the kitchen and a large freezer in the garage. It has all the appliances necessary in the kitchen, washer & dryer, a porsche in the front and a deck in the back. There is also a weekly maid service for the bathrooms and the common areas and a weekly gardener service. All utilities and services are included.The roommate must love animals because there are 3 dog living in the house, some stray cats living under the house which we feed daily and I also keep bird feeders in the back.The house is located in a cul-de-sac blocks south of Beverly Hills and one mile from Culver City and the entrance to the I- freeway.If a roommate wants to walk dogs it will be deducted from the rent.The roommate must be a clean person and should assist in keeping the house clean at all times.
