The room available has A/C, TV, Dish Cable with HBO, Prime and Netflix, a queen size bed, a ceiling fan, Internet, Wi-Fi, wooden floors, walk in closet and 2 windows to the outside. Good walk in closet space and some garage storage too. This is a very secured home in Beverlywood with cameras, private security patrol and my 3 large dogs. There are 2 refrigerators plus a large freezer,  all appliances, washer & dryer, a porche in the front and a deck in the back. There is also a weekly maid service for the bathrooms and the common areas and a weekly gardner service. All utilities and services are included.Located blocks from Beverly Hills and one mile from Culver City and the entrance to the I- freeway. If a roommate wants to walk dogs it will be deducted from the rent.The roommate should assist in keeping the house clean.
