Hey guys! So our roommates just moved out and we're looking for someone to move in with us. We are in a bath apartment just off of and Wadsworth with in-unit laundry. You would get the master bedroom with the attached bathroom. We are asking $/3 of the monthly utilities (around $/mo would be your portion).Internet is free to you and is fast and reliable.Kitchen consists of the standard oven, stove, microwave, and fridge/freezer. We also have appliances that you are welcome to use.We are in the middle of our lease and will be renewing in April , and most likely in as well. We have been living here for close to 6 years with no notices, warnings, complaints, or anything of the sort. We are a married couple (late 's) with careers. We have plenty of experience with roommates and have never had any issues.We have no special rules or anything. We simply ask that you pay your portion of the rent on time and don't get the police called to our place. A few things I should inform you about if you're interested:We have no more parking passes available. Street parking is available and just as close to the unit as parking in the parking lot. The street parking is on a safe residential road and neither us nor any visitors or roommates have had any issue with vehicle damage when parking on the street. If you would like a garage, we can get one added to the lease for $/mo.We cannot take any pets as we have a rescue dog that is reactive and unpredictable with other animals.We are only considering single females or other couples. This is simply for my wife's safety.The living room is already furnished and does not have any space for more couches, chairs, shelves, etc. The master bedroom can comfortably fit a king bed, nightstand, and an entertainment center or desk. The closet is a large walk-in closet. You are obviously just as welcome as us to use any of the furniture in the living room.

The bedroom has hardwood floors and a large, double door closet in the upstairs part of the house. There are two windows, the largest looking out over the fenced back yard. Included is a full, private bathroom, extra closet space, an attached garage space and space for a small/medium sofa and a small TV in the front living room. All utilities are included as well as access to the kitchen, washer and dryer, and wireless internet. I also have a home security system with cameras in the front and back and which you will have access to. There is a large garden in the backyard and you would be welcome to grow some vegetables if you’d like! There is also a park and gym within minutes walking distance as well as public transportation. Background check and proof of consistent income is required.I am a friendly, somewhat introverted, professional looking for someone who is respectful, responsible and will clean up after themselves. I am easy going and like all of the typical Denver things: the mountains, live music, exercising, restaurants, etc. I am neat/clean but not overly picky. I do love to cook and would be happy to take turns cooking meals if you are interested (no pressure). I primarily cook lean proteins and vegetables. I wake up early for work and would prefer no loud music/TV after 9pm on weeknights. My bedroom and bathroom is downstairs.I love dogs and cats. I have an older dog who is hypoallergenic (Bouvier des Flandres). She is friendly and sweet and doesn’t get on couches and keeps to herself. While I am not at home during weekday work hours, she is in a pen in the family room which is away from bedrooms and she is very quiet. I am open to a well-behaved dog or cat who doesn’t have a ton of energy. My yard does have a fence, but one side is only about 4 feet high. I only ask for a refundable pet deposit ($) in case of any potential damages.
