Private bedroom and bathroom

Description

The bedroom has hardwood floors and a large, double door closet in the upstairs part of the house. There are two windows, the largest looking out over the fenced back yard. Included is a full, private bathroom, extra closet space, an attached garage space and space for a small/medium sofa and a small TV in the front living room. All utilities are included as well as access to the kitchen, washer and dryer, and wireless internet. I also have a home security system with cameras in the front and back and which you will have access to. There is a large garden in the backyard and you would be welcome to grow some vegetables if you’d like! There is also a park and gym within minutes walking distance as well as public transportation. Background check and proof of consistent income is required.

I am a friendly, somewhat introverted, professional looking for someone who is respectful, responsible and will clean up after themselves. I am easy going and like all of the typical Denver things: the mountains, live music, exercising, restaurants, etc. I am neat/clean but not overly picky. I do love to cook and would be happy to take turns cooking meals if you are interested (no pressure). I primarily cook lean proteins and vegetables. I wake up early for work and would prefer no loud music/TV after 9pm on weeknights. My bedroom and bathroom is downstairs.

I love dogs and cats. I have an older dog who is hypoallergenic (Bouvier des Flandres). She is friendly and sweet and doesn’t get on couches and keeps to herself. While I am not at home during weekday work hours, she is in a pen in the family room which is away from bedrooms and she is very quiet. I am open to a well-behaved dog or cat who doesn’t have a ton of energy. My yard does have a fence, but one side is only about 4 feet high. I only ask for a refundable pet deposit ($) in case of any potential damages.
