The lease has been paid up for another 8 months I just need someone to come in and cover utilities which are overdue currently so I would need first month upfront along with the move-in fee otherwise you could put them in your name they wont charge til the bill. I love my Xbox! 🎮 ❤️ You will have your own bathroom. I have two cats which are indoor cats. My cats (Felix & Felicity) love people. My girl can hide a lot though. My boy will try to get in bed with you. 😼 Other pets will not be accepted unfortunately. You will have full use of the gym, hot tub, dry sauna, massage chair and you can also fish in the lake in the back. There are three raised garden beds if you would like to garden.
