Looking to sublease my room at Courtney Place on Burbank Dr for the spring semester until August with option to renew! I have two roommates, one is a junior and the other a sophomore so preferably another female roommate. Apartment is on the bus route to campus. Unit is unfurnished but all shared space furniture is already installed so you would just have to worry about furniture for the bedroom!
