Description

furnished bedroom, one room for office, and a private bath for a eleven hundred dollars. The office room CANNOT be used as a bedroom. Other kinds of uses will have to be discussed in person if interested. Tenant will have an assigned parking space. Paid bills include water and internet. The electricity will be split between tenant and landlord. There is a forty dollar non-refundable application fee that will be used toward the background check and three hundred dollar deposit. No overnight visitors, or noisy parties are allowed in the property. Tenant needs to be clean, respectful, and have a stable source of income. This is only available to one tenant, not couples.
