Description

One furnished bedroom with private bath for hundred dollars. Tenant will have an assigned parking space in the driveway. Paid bills include water and internet. The electricity will be split between tenant and landlord. There is a forty dollar non-refundable application fee that will be used toward the background check and three hundred dollar deposit. No overnight visitors, or noisy parties are allowed in the property. Tenant needs to be clean, respectful, and have a stable source of income.
