We have a 5 bedroom 3 bath large home in the best part of Summerlin with a room available for you. We are quiet and easy going. No drama. Our home is clean and peaceful. We like to read, be on our computers or watch a little television. I enjoy Home and Garden Tv, and documentaries. Other interests in our home include martial arts, swimming, motorcycles and our King Charles Spaniels. I work for the state. We are not partiers or night owls, and we don't drink. We are looking for a mature, employed, and respectful individual. The room we have available is 16 x 18, with wall to wall custom mirrored closets, double padded carpet, and recessed lighting. It's at the end of the hall upstairs. You would have a private bathroom downstairs. We have two living rooms and a kitchen you're welcome to use. The yard is lush and green, with fruit trees and covered patios surrounding the pool with waterfall. Our neighborhood is very nice, with a sports park and the new downtown Summerlin mall less than a mile away. Deposit is $250. We have Wifi.
