Late forties single male looking for a room and or a roommate right now. Need to move from my apartment here in RSM after many years because I can no longer keep the rent here in OC (which is crazy at the moment!!). Neat, quiet roommate looking for the same. I respect your space. Don't watch tv much but like watching sports on occasion. I try to eat right and work out several times a week. Have a job I like right now so that's good.
