About me
I have owned my home for about 4 years now, it is located off a side street almost directly across the street from the Valrico Walmart. I’m a very quiet and clean person. I do not smoke or do drugs. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master room has it’s own bathroom and is on the opposite side of the house of the other 2 bedrooms and 2nd bathroom, which is where I spend most of my time.. I work full time Mon-Fri and am gone from 4pm to 2am. When I am home 98% of the time I am in my room. On the weekends I do spend a few hours cleaning.I do have a 1 year old cat and also a 4 year old cat. So my roommate must be a cat person. There is a screened in back porch. The house is rather small, but it’s very nice and future roommate may wander around as they please. I have a television in the living room, both spare rooms have beds. I do not have cable television, but I do have high speed internet. I am looking for a clean, quiet, no drama person to share my home with who is able to pay rent on time and one month’s rent in advance. I also would like 1 month's notice in advance before vacating the home. Also I have no children and rarely have guests. I will be posting more pics of the house soon.
