A single small dog or a single cat are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Please note, there are already two dogs and a cat in the house, but they do not roam freely when no one is home. The same will be required of any additional pets.There is a laundry area located downstairs, and the house remains clean and organized, thanks to the current occupants, who are students and working professionals. We are seeking like-minded, professional individuals who value a peaceful and quiet home.Occupancy Rules: All tenants must be on the lease. Subletting and vacation rentals are prohibited.
