One upstairs rooms available in a well-maintained home with three other occupants— two upstairs and one downstairs. The house features two bathrooms, a full kitchen upstairs (2 refrigerators), and a shared kitchenette downstairs, both equipped with reverse osmosis water filters for fresh, clean drinking water.

The available room is south facing, so it gets sunlight consistently throughout the day.

The house includes a spacious backyard with a grassy area, perfect for a small dog, and a cozy patio with seating for outdoor relaxation. A single small dog or a single cat are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Please note, there are already two dogs and a cat in the house, but they do not roam freely when no one is home. The same will be required of any additional pets.

There is a laundry area located downstairs, and the house remains clean and organized, thanks to the current occupants, who are students and working professionals. We are seeking like-minded, professional individuals who value a peaceful and quiet home.

Occupancy Rules: All tenants must be on the lease. Subletting and vacation rentals are prohibited. Only one occupant per room.

No smoking or parties are allowed, ensuring a calm, respectful living environment for all tenants.
