Hi my name is Natalie I’m active duty military USMC as an E-5 stationed in Camp Pendleton. I work Monday-Friday pm. I have 2 dogs that usually stay in their doggie house in the patio when I’m at work, with that being said I would prefer a tenant that will not be bringing a pet. The apartment is very spacious and I’m looking for a tenant (preferably female but males are okay) to rent the extra room to. If you are interested we can definitely go over living arrangements and all other questions you may have regarding parking, rent payment, boundaries/ etc. I will be taking pictures of the room and can arrange for an in person meet up.
