Female in s w/ no car looking for a room to rent in Orange County. My budget is $ a month. Prefer a place located along the Metro bus route which is the bus that stops at Disney near Anaheim Convention Center. Harbor and Ball or Katella and Harbor preferred. Cities that could potentially work depending on cross streets are Anaheim, Korea Town in Buena Park, Cypress, Santa Ana and La Habra. Landlady of 3 years recently passed so have to find a new place to move to. I don’t have a car so I bus to work. I also carpool to some gigs w/ friends. Looking for someone that owns their home outright not subleasing their apartment. I want to stay a couple years at least preferably longer. Stability is important to me. For work I work on the weekends freelance style in food service and bartending. Always reliable on rent. When I’m not working gigs I hang out w/ friends. I work specifically at festivals and private events. I work fun events all over Cali so if you’re a hard worker I may be able to hook you up w/ work. I am quiet and when I am home I stay in my room for the most part and eat mostly frozen dinners so minimal kitchen use. I am one of kind and can be quiet or chatty depending on the people I move in with. Please no weirdos or strange offers. Looking safe comfortable living situation.
