Hello! We’re Katherine and Sarah and we’re 2nd year students looking for 2 girl roomates to fill our apartment at Rams Pointe next year. It is bathroom apartment less than $ a month including the utilities. The apartment has a spacious living room fit for guest. We’re coming up on our first year living here and we love it! The apartment has a nice pool, hot tub, gym, and study areas! It is a minute bus ride from campus and the bus stop is right outside our complex! It is right next to King Soopers and Dutch Bros! We have one friendly cat, and are looking for animal lovers! We like to go out, have people over, but also enjoy a night in and are hoping to find roomates that have similar interests!
