I'm a yr old single Mom (w/ 5 yr old daughter) & I've been renting in a home w/ 6 other tenants for 6 yrs. I guess I just want more privacy! I'm a homebody, so I'll need to be able to cook, clean & work while my kid's at school. Respectfully & responsibly! 😉 Thanks for reading!
