Professional, friendly, very respectful, considerate, mature individual looking for a room to rent. I work, golf, gym, visit my daughter in Orange County and relax. Ideal home has persons, no kids, peaceful, comfortable home. No party atmosphere. Also I see alot stating no overnight guests or guest period. One said guest need to be approved and was asking for $. Although I don't intend to I refuse to live somewhere where they will charge me almost half their rent, live with me yet won't trust my judgment on house guests.
