Thank you - will allow up to 1 child I have large washer and dryer as well as private kitchen The room has new carpet and has not been used. I keep to myself and don’t drink. Never throw parties and am asleep by pm. The room has a hallway separate from the Master With its own bathroom. Completely private. The backyard has a pool and view of the entire city. I am very respectful of boundaries.
