Hi! looking for someone to takeover my friends tenancy at Ashley Down Road,BS7. It’s a single bedroom in a 3bedroom (girls only) shared property for £(all bills including). Tenancy starts immediately from mid December/early January but if you need few days to move in then it can be negotiated with the landlord. Student or professional can rent. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. No guarantor needed. A min walk from bus stop and 5mins away from the train station. Has a Co-op just a min walk away as well and Lidl about mins away. Security deposit is one month rent.
