Clean Apartment, that is cleaned by a crew monthly, & I open the windows to air out the apartment weekly(both mandatory until I trust & see you buy materials to clean your bathroom lol). Thirty-min from Clearwater, twenty min from Downtown Tampa, forty- min from St.Pete, every different grocery store is close fifteen min, all of Tampa’s malls are fifteen min away. Safe Area (people go on walks and walk their dogs safely). Apartment is in the back of the neighborhood and a couple speed bumps on our roads making the neighborhood safer.
