Hi, my name is Ellen! I’m years old and currently working full-time at LAX. I’m looking for a roommate who’s friendly, respectful, and shares similar values when it comes to living arrangements.
I’d describe myself as friendly and outgoing. On weekends, I love getting out of the apartment and spending time with friends. I enjoy visiting theme parks, going to the beach, and exploring the desert.
I value a clean and organized space, and I’m mindful of others when it comes to shared areas like the kitchen or living room. I’m okay with having guests over as long as it’s not excessive—no more than four times a week. Overnight guests are also fine as long as it’s limited to twice a week.
I love decorating for the holidays and would be excited to have a roommate who brings their own touch of creativity to our space. While I prefer no pets due to the apartment having carpet, I’m open to discussing this further but there is also a pet fee charged by the complex.
The apartment is already furnished except for your bedroom and bathroom, which you can decorate and make your own.
