Monthly price may be differ due to pet type/size/ and kid(s) keep in mind it’s only a private room so be logical. Access to kitchen, internet included. water is not included nor is electricity. if my bill alone is $/month and you move in and it’s $/month we splitting that bill. let’s be real your renting a room so be mindful of the owners place. and its just doing what’s right! and sadly some things shouldn’t have to be explained but people really try to get over when you try to genuinely try to help a person, just be bout your business pay ya rent on time and stand on that and keep clean
