Your roommates would be a family of 3, husband (Colombian) and wife (American) working full time and part time respectively, with a young son. We live in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with access to community center, walking paths, parks, and walking access to bus and grocery/shopping center. House has shared access to upstairs kitchen stove (occasional), downstairs laundry, and back patio, guest parking, air conditioning, heat, private bath, and newish carpet in room. Must like pets as we have some upstairs.
