Description

Room available; partially furnished (sofa/coffee table/side table/tv stand/built in desk/bookcase) lower level room with private bath and closet in townhouse in Gaithersburg/MV area. Lease starting Dec 1st, preferably year or longer but can negotiate. Seeking quiet, responsible long-term single tenant (with child ok) or couple. Your roommates would be a family of 3, husband (Colombian) and wife (American) working full time and part time respectively, with a young son. We live in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with access to community center, walking paths, parks, and walking access to bus and grocery/shopping center. House has shared access to upstairs kitchen stove
(occasional), downstairs laundry, and back patio, guest parking, air conditioning, heat, private bath, and newish carpet in room. Must like pets as we have some upstairs. Not pictured in the room: adding microwave/mini fridge/pantry.
Security deposit is due at signing; tenant(s) should provide
proof of employment and good references. Furniture is optional and can be removed if needed. Se habla Espanol.
