About me
So I moved in the heart of Baton Rouge. Conveniently located to LSU. I have an extra room and I’m looking to find a female to rent a room. She will also have access to the washer and dryer. Welcome to cook in the kitchen and use the downstairs. The Bathroom is located right next to your bedroom. It is a full bath, with a bath and shower. We do have a backyard and a patio area to hang out outside. It’s in a nice neighborhood in a great area!Itd be perfect for an LSU student. I am laid-back. However, I’m very clean and I expect whoever to be the same. Currently, it is furnished right now with a queen size bed and a matching dresser, end tables and a TV. So it is move in ready!
