edited this to fix numbers not showing up* hi I am a twentynine year old single female who needs to find a room or place in the next two months as my lease ends Dec. thirty-first and my current roomates bought a small mobile home which cannot house me as well. i can afford easily eightfifty for rent as i’ve been payingaround that much for the last 3 years and maybe comfortably up to 9hundred i believe would be my limit monthly. closer to 7hundred would be ideal as i’m trying to save for a new car. i have 2 cats one that is a temporary foster pet for a friend and one who is mine and would be permanent. they are friendly but my permanent cat is just weary of dogs, something that can usually be solved with a baby gate in my door. i work as a waitress i sometimes don’t return home from work until 1 am on a friday or saturday and midnight or 1 the latest on a weekday. however i am considerate and quiet during these times, i won’t be slamming any doors. I DO NOT PARTY lol i like to play videos games in my room and work and go outside to parks and gardens and dance sometimes. i dont drink and i dont smoke! just looking for somewhere hopefully in the disney area as i work very close to there and uber, however i will make anything work as long as i can afford to, i won’t be asking for rides. i just hope for use of washer and dryer, the kitchen and someone who will allow pets.
