Hello, we are three roommates (F-caregiver, F-real estate agent, F-caregiver) looking to replace our 4th roommate (M-bank teller) who will be moving out at the end of Nov. We are located in the city of Walnut, about ten minutes away from Mt San Antonio College. The house is a 4 bedroom home with 3 bathrooms, two family rooms, a garage, and a large back yard. The master bedroom is available, with its own walk-in closet, and private bathroom with double sinks, and a tub with glass doors. We have a small yorkie mix, and two outdoor cats, therefore we prefer someone with no pets. Washer and dryer are in the garage, which you will be able to use.
