We are a family of children In the home so we do ask that our tenant be mindful of that. Kitchen and laundry room will be open for your use as well. There are 4 dogs in the home. 3 of them are French bull dogs and the other is a bully. They are put away inside the garage. New pets are welcome we just ask to be mindful of cleaning up after your pet. We have a front and back porch that you are welcome to enjoy as well. Asking for $ payment up front and $ thereafter for each month that you rent. Quiet hours are from am. One visitor at a time is allowed.
