The room comes with a built in closet and AC space (you must purchase your own AC). This room can comfortably fit a queen size bed and can be used for people. It is ready for immediate move in. Shared amenities include living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. We are located near a lot of buses, there is a bus parking lot a few blocks away. In addition we are a few blocks from J and E train. There are a few colleges and high schools in the area but the closest one is York College. There is street parking available. NO pets that make noise (cats, dogs, frogs etc.)NO smoking is allowed on or around the premises.
