I am looking for 2 housemates to join me at a ba rental near Woodbine Park, Sacramento. Rent is $ without utilities for the private room and a shared bathroom (single people only). If a couple, the primary suite with private bathroom is $ without utilities. I do not want more than 3 people total in the house, so in the case of a couple living in the primary, I would occupy the other bedrooms with the shared bathroom.
