Beverly Glen Blvd that I live in. This is perfect for someone that wants extra study, content creation, streaming, podcasting, home workout or work-from-home space. Your bedroom is completely private (with a door), but there is also thick privacy curtain to block off the suite of both rooms if you want to combine them. My bedroom is just across the hall. The shared bathroom with double vanity sits between our bedrooms. The first floor has the rest of the shared space including a second full bathroom and laundry room.The house is located just a mile up the street from Sunset Blvd in a nice tree lined single family home neighborhood with plenty of street parking. I am very conveniently close to UCLA/Westwood, Beverly Hills, Sherman Oaks, i and about min from Will Roger’s State Beach. Unlike all the multi-unit neighborhoods in LA, there is a lot of nature in this area and hiking spots nearby.
