I'm a pretty laid back person, drama free, and clean. Graduated from ASU and work as a professional artist now. I work during the day weekdays and usually go out on the weekends to catch some live music shows. I am a musician and visual artist. I like to watch movies. (I have too many movies) I prefer to keep my place tidy and would like someone who will keep the common areas clean. I own the house, so no dealing with landlord calls to fix things.
