This listing is because I’m trying to replace my existence in a double apartment with a private hath and walk-in closet located between Atlanta Boulevard and Beach Boulevard on Hodges Boulevard. Coastal Bay has a beautiful pond with a water fountain view from your bedroom window and lots of wildlife. My current roommate is male mid thirties old Works full time and is quiet stays much to himself and in his room very laid-back chill kind of guy loves the ravens so he likes football gaming and watching movies/series only comes out a couple of times to to the kitchen so he’s the perfect roommate. I’m only moving because a female friend of mine has And needs someone to share the rent of a house. Which gives me more storage room and space.
