House is 5 min drive from Texas State University, 7 min from Walmart and min from Round Rock Outlet mall and H-E-B. Community basketball court, playground 🛝 for kids are available. Garage parking isn’t available, but driveway and roadside parkings are available. Looking for a responsible, clean and peaceful roommate!
