Hi, my name is Esmeralda and I have 2 rooms for rent in a beautiful and always clean home. Full kitchen, occupied by 2 professional and friendly adults with healthy life style.
One room is upstairs with a shared bathroom directly across from the room. The other room is downstairs with a private bathroom/shower and direct access to laundry room and garage. Only 1 person per room and Female. Pool and gym at the clubhouse is available for tenants. Only 5 minutes from LVAC on flamingo. No DRUGS, kids or pets, smoking outside is ok.
