Apartment is located at The Fairways in Derry. Looking to fill my spare bedroom and split the rent. Apartment complex has amenities at the club house including an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Roommates do have to be added onto the lease per the leasing office which may involve an application (small fee) and $ security deposit. I think they perform a background check and income verification. Apartment is also ~ sqft. Pets are allowed to a max of 2 pets each pet has a $ pet rent for some reason.
