Also, there is a local HOA pool open during the summer months.Bedroom has current roommates furniture and decor which will be gone, but can be furnished with a full bed, night stand, dresser, desk, and tv for additional $$ when new tenant arrives. Shared bathroom with one other female roommate. The house is very spacious and never feels crowded, very close to the freeways making it easy to get around. All three women have lived together easily, and hope you feel right at home in this space. We do also have a sweet cat named Stella, so must be pet friendly.
